Simon founded HotHouse in 1994 with a stated aim of 'building a company that endures'. Considered by his peers an industry pioneer, his role is to set the strategy and direction for HotHouse. But because of his experience in establishing and growing businesses, he is able to provide a hands-on review of work as it goes through the studio. Simon has developed interactive solutions for a "who's who" of national and multinational clients - most notably i7/Olympics 2000, Toyota Australia, and HCF. Simon has played and integral part in the relationships, trust and reputation for delivery that HotHouse has acquired over the past decade.
