The Australian Publishers Association Ltd (APA): Price & Availability Search
The APA is the trade association representing book publishers in Australia. HotHouse is working with the APA to develop a common platform for publishers to deliver information services electronically to booksellers. The development will establish a user-friendly price and availability database to enable searching and content management of Australian title information.
The application will assist Australian booksellers with customer service, providing a single common source for Price & Availability information for all Australian published titles, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The project will also involve the development of a user-friendly content management system for intuitive uploading / updating of information and provide concise tracking and reporting mechanisms.

SOLUTION 6 - Consolidation of Websites
HotHouse has been engaged to implement a solution for the consolidation of existing Solution 6 web sites and applications and provide a fully integrated and user-friendly interface for support of Solution 6 clients in Australia and New Zealand.
A Content Management System (CMS) will be implemented so that content can easily be published and updated on the support web site. It will provide customers with personalised information and improve the existing Knowledge Management system so that users can easily search for the information they require.
It will also integrate Job Management System and email list management, providing a completely integrated solution.

EnergyAustralia - Website Redesign
HotHouse will improve the usability, functionality and design of the current energy.com.au, creating a customer focused experience that will reduce the time needed for customers to achieve their goals online.
As a key sales and marketing channel, the website will deliver successful campaigns by enabling EnergyAustralia to react quickly and provide timely and relevant information to customers.
The first stage of the project involves improving the site architecture and developing a new creative design.

Royal College of Pathologists (RCPA)
The development of a web based content management system for the RCPA’s ‘Manual of Use and Interpretation of Pathology Tests’. HotHouse will provide a solution to deliver a central publishing organ to manage the delivery of the Manual content to web and PDA delivery platforms. It will allow pathologists to reference the manual on from their Palm Pilots or via the web. The solution gives RCPA the ability to easily maintain content through a template driven content management tool.
A flexible, system defined by HotHouse will be easy to use (find information quickly and intuitively) and promote Pathology to Pathologists.
