Omnus recognised for Innovation

Omnus - the online service developed by HotHouse for sanofi-aventis - was the toast of the inaugural Pharmaceutical Research Innovation and Marketing Excellence (PRIME) awards.

Attended by around 160 people from major pharmaceutical companies and associated sponsors, the awards celebrate Sales and Marketing excellence and highlight professional campaigns and individuals that promote the quality use of medicines to the Australian community.

Dedicated to keeping Australian medical professionals better informed, Omnus won the Innovation Award in recognition of the outstanding service that it provides in connecting Australian doctors to the latest developments in medicine.

In keeping Omnus at the forefront of online medical news and information, HotHouse continues to work closely with sanofi-aventis by providing ongoing technical support.

HotHouse built the site on a vignette platform and has custom-designed a number of elements including a proxy system, which gives medical practitioners free access to medical journals and professional development training opportunities via the Omnus site.

Overall, the site ensures that Australian medical professionals have the resources to be better informed and up-to-date with the latest medical news and developments.
