Service Delivery Coordinator Opportunity

A rare opportunity exists with HotHouse Interactive, for a skilled Service Delivery Coordinator. You will maintain and support the delivery of Service Level Agreements, managing client expectations and resolution of all issues and problems through incident and problem management. The Service Delivery Coordinator will project manage small projects, scheduling resources and delivering to budget and quality expectations.

You are someone who...

• Understands client requirements and Service Level Agreements.
• Has a relevant tertiary qualification.
• Identifies, assess and mitigates risks.
• Organise and coordinate deployments.
• Manages B2B maintenance, issue resolution, testing, change requests.
• Maintains and update documentation for standardisation.
• Manages the client relationship including meeting their priorities.
• Builds customer relationships.
• Takes accountability for project delivery to time , budget and quality
• Manages staff to achieve desired outcomes from the project or respond to an incident in the most effective way to ensure resolution and client satisfaction.

The requirements...

• You will have 3 years commercial experience.
• Set-up and run load/stress testing for Client/Server-side benchmarking.
• Maintain internal Development and staging environments.
• Assist with testing as required.
• Design and execute scripted and manual regression testing.
• Manage the implementation of the technical resources to meet the SLA
• Manage incident, problem and change management with respect to the SLA
• Report and monitor usage of resources
