Technical Project Manager Opportunity

We are in search of a Technical Project Manager who is a motivator that can develop and manage a Production team. You will work in conjunction with the client service, creative, marketing and technical teams to manage the delivery of large-scale client focused, technically complex, online marketing and technology solutions. You will manage the project delivery achieving quality, time and budget expectations.

You are someone who can...

• Scope solutions for online technical projects, based on client, business and user requirements.
• Develop the project plan and assign resources in conjunction the traffic manager.
• Develop project documentation in accordance with the HotHouse Process.
• Finalise and monitor budget with the Account Director.
• Liaise with third party suppliers.
• Manage the delivery of project plans within quality, time and budget standards.
• Monitor projects by maintaining plans, risk / issue logs.
• Participate in Client meetings and create reports.
• Liaise with creative, IA and technical teams to deliver projects to the client brief.
• Ensure internal production processes are followed pertaining to documentation
• Create test plans against specifications with team.
• Coordinate all aspects of testing to ensure the project meets project plan specifications.

The requirements...

• Worked in the IT / digital industry as a Project Manager for a minimum of 4 years.
• Been the project lead on technically complex projects of no less than $100,000 cost.
• Relevant tertiary qualification and project management certification.
• Advanced Microsoft skills.
• Ability to lead a team.
