The Challenge

The Australian Direct Marketing Association (ADMA) approached HotHouse in need of a strategy that would transition it from a sole direct marketing focus, to a larger digital industry perspective. HotHouse needed to re-evaluate the overarching strategy in order to address the most important functionality and create a contemporary look and feel for the user.

The HotHouse Solution

HotHouse ran an Agile project and helped ADMA understand the most important functionality for the site. From this point, we were able to prioritise the project's requirements. Rather than rebuild all functionality from scratch, Hothouse was integrated the site with a number of third party services. Getting all the stakeholders to agree to a solution in a short space of time was a crucial component of maintaining the efficiency of the project.

Results

ADMA could not have been happier with the results. There have been significant improvements in their ability to efficiently service businesses. In addition, the finished sites have the look of an industry leading association, and ADMA have received fantastic feedback on the new content and engagement with the site.
