  • Branding – to move to a single Virgin Mobile brand across the business provides consistency, a single customer voice and reflecting a refreshed visual identity.
  • Distribution – provide a single centralised website as a platform to effectively provide products and services to a wider audience.
  • Customer experience – a superior website user experience, making users surprised that the website is simple and easy to use. It must also be robust, easy to maintain and accessible for search engines.
  • Sales – the ability to cross sell and promote benefits.
